Princess Miriam and the Poppy Forest
Painting Miriam's wall was one of the most relaxing things I did after my son was born. I call this "vacation".
I really need to get back to the basics and just paint or design for my own pleasure. This is great stress therapy.

Your painting is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful colors and style ;)
Wow!! this is amazing AND fun!! I love your other poppies too!! This is my first time on your blog: are you a Poppy person? (I love them: it helps that orange is my favorite color, and I live in CA. where it is the state flower and they come up on their own in the spring: what ISN'T there to love about poppies?!!!)
Have a great week, and thanks for the beautiful inspiration. (I came via the Craft's Meow),
Thanks. I never thought I was a poppy person. This time it was my friend's daughter who chose them for her room. I went there prepared to paint fairies or princesses but I guess the girl has better taste :)
