I am one day late with my Cuttlebug Be inspired #69 design.
One day late and for a good reason: I got captured by my card making and managed to make about 5 other cards which for me is a record. Then I was too tired to post this last night.
We were challenged to use a masking technique and glimmer mist. For more details about that and how you can win your own glimmer mist, please check the challenge on the cuttlebug blog.
Sorry the picture doesn't show the subtle glimmer on the heart and these pictures were taken last night by artificial lighting.
Tema acestei saptamani a fost tehnica "masking" combinata cu glimmer mist. Mai multe detalii dspre concurs si cum puteti castiga 4 sticlute de glimmer mist gasiti aici.
The swirl is made with the cuttlebug *floral fantasy* folder which is great for valentines cards, then cut out.
Carcelul e facut cu sablonul *floral fantasy* de la cuttlebug si decupat.
The butterfly.... I couldn't live without butterfly cards :P
Fluturasul.... cum as putea trai eu fara felicitari cu fluturasi ? :P

Beautiful card, Meda. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't explain Masking on the cuttelbug site. And I don;t have glimmer mist or even know how to use it so I guess I won;t be participating this week. What on your card is a mask? Thanks for sharing your beautiful card!
Hi Meda:)This is simply `Gorgeous` TFI ...;)
Have a fab week:)xxx
Donna, I didn't realize not everybody knows what masking is.
I'll make a tutorial in a few hours and explain different masking techniques.
so pretty!! Im think a butterfly is such a perfect image for the masking technique!

hugs, Valerie
